You will review three objectives in the action plan. Alicia has not fulfilled them and correcting the situation depends on your performance.

Age: 37 years, works as the head of recruitment at a multinational company. Married with one daughter. Has been working in this area since he was young so he is very experienced. Prefers counting to ten before arguing about something. You are Raúl’s boss. You have emailed Raúl because you want to review his objectives. Raúl has had a problem fulfilling them.
